M.C. Dean is seeking a dedicated Electrical Lighting Technician to perform maintenance, installation, and testing of lighting systems at customer sites. You will operate aerial lifts, document work on mobile devices, and ensure high safety and service quality.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, valid transportation, and the ability to pass a background check and drug test. A strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and professional conduct is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with at least 1 year of related experience.
• Reliable Transportation.
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug test.
• Must be committed to excellence and generate high quality work.
• Must consistently report to work on time and maintain a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical lighting maintenance including replacing bulbs, ballasts, and drivers.
• Work from aerial lifts and interface with customers.
• Be dispatched daily to sites and resolve lighting issues professionally and safely.
• Complete site documentation on electronic devices using smartphone or tablet.
• Assemble, install, test, and maintain lighting components.
• Inspect sites and study plans to determine materials and procedures.
• Diagnose malfunctioning lighting systems using test equipment and hand tools.
