Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Field Leader to oversee multiple restaurant locations and partner with managers to ensure smooth operations and strong guest experiences. You will lead teams, drive P&L awareness, and uphold food safety standards.

The role emphasizes people development, coaching through others, and the ability to train staff while maintaining Chipotle’s culture of hospitality and efficiency across sites.
