Job summary

Our client seeks a hands-on Window Blind Installer / Project Lead to manage commercial installation projects across Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, and surrounding markets. The role blends field installation with leadership of installation crews and direct communication with General Contractors.

The ideal candidate has commercial subcontractor experience, can read blueprints, and takes ownership from start to finish. There is a clear path into Project Management as the company grows.

Qualifications

Must have commercial construction jobsite experience.
Experience leading crews or acting as a working foreman.
Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings.
OSHA 10 certification required (OSHA 30 preferred).
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work from ladders or lifts.

Responsibilities

Install commercial blinds, shades, shutters, and window treatment systems.
Lead installation crews on active commercial projects.
Read blueprints, shop drawings, and project plans.
Coordinate with General Contractors and Superintendents.
Schedule crews, deliveries, and installation activities.
Manage material organization and jobsite logistics.
