Job summary

StormWater Pros is seeking a motivated Existing Site Lead to perform and support field operations involving camera inspections, stormwater infrastructure maintenance, and general site activities. This position is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and vital to ensuring job site efficiency, equipment readiness, and safety.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. No DUI’s.
• Passing of drug test (Required)
• Must pass background check requirements
• Construction experience required; stormwater, utility, maintenance, or infrastructure experience preferred
• Responsibility for assigned vehicles, tools, equipment, and materials
• Safety oriented and required to follow all safety standards and procedures
• Reliable transportation to our shop
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Perform and lead field work related to stormwater infrastructure inspection, maintenance, rehabilitation, and construction activities
• Assist with camera setup, cable management, and lowering equipment into manholes
• Oversee assigned job tasks and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards
• Support existing site operations and coordinate with supervisors and project managers as needed
• Maintain vehicles, trailers, equipment, and facilities (cleaning, organizing, basic upkeep)
• Ensure all safety procedures and PPE requirements are followed
• Assist with safe equipment handling
• Complete required field documentation, reports, and project records
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, customers, municipalities, and contractors
• Provide guidance and support to crew members when needed
• Represent the company professionally in the field
