Job summary

Ahtna, Inc. is seeking a general laborer to perform material handling and site support across indoor and outdoor work areas. You will move equipment, operate hand and power tools, and assist other crew members in project activities.

Responsibilities include working in confined spaces, wearing PPE, and maintaining a clean safety-focused worksite. A valid driver's license and HazWoper readiness are required for this position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Knowledge of construction machines and tools; includes design, use, repair and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Locates and moves materials, equipment and parts between work areas to expedite processing.
• General knowledge in use of manual and power hand tools.
• Operate in confined spaces and in remote camp environments as needed.
• Signal equipment operators to align, move, and position machinery and materials.
• Participate in safety programs and ensure PPE compliance.
