Job summary

H2ajobs is seeking workers to prepare and reclaim agricultural fields for seasonal cultivation. Duties include clearing land, dismantling old farm shelters, and removing debris to keep fields ready for planting.

Applicants must be able to lift up to 80 pounds, speak English, and obtain a driver's license within 30 days. Housing and meals are employer-provided; some weekly transportation is available.

Responsibilities

• Manually clear land, acreage, and crop areas of old structures, fencing, and obstructions to maximize arable soil.
• Dismantle and breakdown old farm shelters, sheds, and remnants on cultivation fields.
• Load cleared materials into on-site dumpsters and dispose of field refuse safely.
