Gerelco Family of Companies is seeking a construction helper for our traffic controls projects in West Palm Beach, FL. The role involves assisting with site cleanup, material movement, and setup of tools and equipment at heights and in confined spaces.

The candidate should be dependable, flexible, and willing to learn; a valid CDL with clean history and at least two years of driving experience is required. Opportunities include excellent benefits and a safety‑driven team environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cleanup of construction site and remove debris.
• Move materials to the worksite and ensure tools and equipment are safely set up.
• Add/remove fill on the jobsite and set braces for trenches.
• Assist in bending conduit and pulling wire.
• Unload trucks, receive deliveries, and transfer materials across the site.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and secure job site and store materials properly.
• Operate equipment on the job site.
