Job summary

A sustainable resource recovery company in Massachusetts is looking for an experienced general laborer to support small-scale test well operations. Responsibilities include equipment handling, site upkeep, and data collection. Candidates should have 1-2 years of relevant experience, a safety-first mindset, and ability to work in physically demanding outdoor environments. Pay ranges from $25 to $30 per hour with additional overtime. This role offers variable shifts and includes daily per diem and lodging for fieldwork.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience as a roustabout, general laborer, or equivalent field operations.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Flexible schedule with ability to come out to the field on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Provide site preparation support and cleanup.
• Safely load, unload, and move materials, pipes, and equipment around the site.
• Conduct supply procurements for day-to-day operations.

Skills

Safety-first mindset

Ability to lift and carry heavy loads (50+ lbs)

Ability to work in outdoor, physically demanding environments

Fluent in English
