Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform field and lab-based research on spotted lanternfly behavior and biology.
• Assist with collection of experimental data on University Park campus and in vineyards in eastern Pennsylvania.
• Assist in collecting behavioral and physiological data from insects, including body mass measurements, tissue imaging, and dissections.
• Maintain greenhouse plants, rear insect colonies, and conduct behavioral and physiological assays using standard lab protocols.
