Job summary

ServiceMaster Action Cleaning is seeking a dependable Full-Time Janitorial Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations, train staff, and fill in at assigned sites from Baton Rouge to Hahnville. The role requires travel between sites and hands-on leadership.

Ideal candidates bring at least 5 years of janitorial experience (supervisory preferred), strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to lift 50+ pounds. A valid driver’s license and flexible schedule are required.
