Job summary

HARDY INDUSTRIES is seeking skilled technicians in Trenton, NJ for a dynamic I.T. and Telecom role that goes beyond basic helpdesk tasks. Responsibilities include OS installations, structured cabling, and telecom support. Ideal candidates have at least one year of relevant experience, A+ or Network+ certification preferred, and must possess a reliable vehicle along with the necessary tools. This is a 1099 contractor position with flexible hours and travel compensation.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of I.T. or Telecom experience.
• Reliable personal vehicle required.
• Must have standard tools for basic I.T. tasks.

Responsibilities

• Install operating systems and conduct hardware diagnostics.
• Perform structured cabling including drilling and termination.
• Provide telecom support including punch-downs and demarc extensions.

PC and printer troubleshooting

I.T. experience

Telecom experience

Education

A+ Certification or Network+ Certification

5+ years verifiable field experience in I.T./Telecom

Tools

Basic I.T. tools (screwdrivers, cable testers, crimpers)
