Job summary

HARDY INDUSTRIES in Shakopee, Minnesota, is seeking driven I.T. and Telecom technicians for an engaging role beyond the typical desk job. Technicians will perform a wide range of responsibilities such as OS installations, structured cabling, and telecom procedures in various environments. Required qualifications include at least 1 year of experience, preferred certifications (A+/Network+), and a reliable vehicle. This is a 1099 contractor position with hourly pay and additional travel compensation.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of I.T. or Telecom experience.
• Able to work independently in various environments.
• Punctuality and professionalism are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Perform OS installations and hardware diagnostics.
• Handle structured cabling, including drilling and dressing cables.
• Conduct telecom work like punch-downs and demarc extensions.
