Job summary

HARDY INDUSTRIES in Searcy, Arkansas, is seeking skilled technicians for a hands-on I.T. or Telecom position. This role goes beyond basic helpdesk tasks, involving OS installations, structured cabling, and Telecom work. Preferred candidates will have 1+ year of relevant experience and A+ or Network+ certifications. The position is a 1099 contractor role, with flexible scheduling, exposure to exciting technologies, and travel pay included.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of I.T. or Telecom experience, plus either A+ Certification, Network+ Certification, or 5+ years field experience in I.T./Telecom.
• Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setups.
• Run structured cabling and telecom work across various environments.
• Maintain professionalism with clients and respond to service requests.
