Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Complete structured cabling tasks including drilling and running cables.
• Provide telecom support like punch-downs and demarc extensions.
• Maintain professionalism with clients and be on-call for service requests.
