Qualifications

• At least 1 year of I.T. or Telecom experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle are required.
• Strong advantages for candidates who can be on-call 24/7.

Responsibilities

• Perform OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Engage in structured cabling tasks including drilling and running cables.
• Respond to service requests promptly within your territory.

Skills

PC and printer troubleshooting experience

Ability to work independently

Customer service professionalism

I.T. or Telecom experience

Education

A+ Certification or Network+ Certification

5+ years verifiable field experience in I.T./Telecom

Tools

Basic I.T. and networking tools (screwdrivers, cable testers, crimpers)
