Candidates should have at least 1 year of relevant experience, along with A+ or Network+ certifications, or 5+ years of field experience. The position offers paid hourly support, travel compensation, and exposure to new technologies, with a strong advantage for those on-call 24/7.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of experience in I.T. or Telecom.
• Reliable personal vehicle necessary for travel.
• Punctual and presentable demeanor required.

Responsibilities

• Perform OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setups.
• Conduct structured cabling and telecom work.
• Provide support across various environments including retail and medical.

Skills

PC and printer troubleshooting experience

I.T. or Telecom experience

Ability to accept job assignments based on availability

Education

A+ Certification or Network+ Certification

5+ years verifiable field experience in I.T./Telecom

Tools
