Job summary

HARDY INDUSTRIES is seeking skilled technicians in Mason City, Iowa, to support a national client base. The role requires hands-on I.T. or Telecom professionals who can perform OS installations, structured cabling, and work independently across various environments. Candidates must have at least 1 year of relevant experience or equivalent field experience, a valid driver’s license, and necessary tools. The position is a 1099 contractor role with hourly pay and opportunities for advancement and skill expansion.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of I.T. or Telecom experience, or 5+ years verifiable field experience.
• Must have a reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to be on-call and accept job assignments based on availability.

Responsibilities

• Perform OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Run structured cabling and perform telecom work including punch-downs.
• Work independently across various environments like retail and corporate.
