Job summary

HARDY INDUSTRIES is looking for skilled I.T. Technicians in Gallatin, TN to provide technical support beyond basic helpdesk tasks. This hands-on role involves OS installations, structured cabling, and Telecom work. Candidates should have at least 1 year of I.T. or Telecom experience, and ideally hold A+ or Network+ certifications. Must have reliable transport and tools. Flexible hours, with pay for travel and exposure to new technologies as key benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of I.T. or Telecom experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable personal vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Install operating systems and diagnose hardware issues.
• Run structured cabling, including drilling and dressing cables.
• Complete Telecom work like punch-downs and demarc extensions.
• Work independently in various environments.
• Respond to service requests in a timely manner.

Skills

PC and printer troubleshooting experience

I.T. or Telecom experience

A+ Certification

Network+ Certification

Field experience in I.T./Telecom

Tools

Basic I.T. tools (screwdrivers, cable testers, crimpers)
