Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform technical tasks including OS installations and hardware diagnostics.
• Install structured cabling and conduct telecom work.
• Work independently in various environments: retail, medical, restaurant, corporate.
• Maintain professionalism with clients and respond to service requests.

Skills

PC and printer troubleshooting experience

1 year of I.T. or Telecom experience

A+ Certification

Network+ Certification

5+ years verifiable field experience in I.T./Telecom
