Job summary

Jett Gaming LLC seeks an IT Field Technician to provide on-site support across multiple company locations in Las Vegas, NV. You will install, configure, and maintain end-user devices, POS systems, and network infrastructure while addressing Windows, Microsoft 365, and security tooling needs.

The role requires travel between sites, strong customer service, and the ability to work evenings or weekends as needed. A valid driver’s license and multi-site experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Education and experience aligned with IT field services, desktop support, or similar role.
• Experience supporting Windows, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, and end-user computing hardware.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
• Travel to company locations to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, deploy, and maintain end-user computing devices and business technology solutions.
• Support and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, and business-critical software.
• Install and maintain POS systems, payment terminals, and related retail technologies.
• Troubleshoot and maintain wired and wireless network infrastructure and internet connectivity.
• Coordinate technology deployments for new store openings, remodels, and relocations.
