Responsibilities

• Install and repair equipment; instruct customers in operation; provide technical assistance.
• Perform maintenance and technical support on equipment, systems, subsystems, and software at customer sites.
• Analyze and evaluate product performance and troubleshoot malfunctions to minimize downtime.
• Assemble, install and configure systems per site assessments and schematics; complete system programming and optimization.
• Provide on-site end-user training and maintain effective customer communications.
• Frequent travel to customer sites and perform field technician duties as assigned.
