Responsibilities

• Adhere to specific requirements of an assignment based on case manager's instructions.
• Review all case materials prior to conducting investigative activities.
• Complete video surveillance on identified individuals.
• Conduct investigations and submit results by the next business day.
• Communicate effectively with the assigning case manager.
