This independent role requires a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, handheld camcorder, laptop and a PI license or willingness to obtain one; long hours and travel are common. Weekends/holidays may be required; must stay alert in vehicle.

Qualifications

• Experience in covert surveillance and producing video footage and detailed reports.
• Valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.
• Reliable personal vehicle, preferably with tinted windows.
• Handheld camcorder with zoom and covert camera; stabilization equipment recommended.
• Reliable laptop, cell phone, and internet service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for surveillance by reviewing case information.
• Conduct stationary and mobile surveillance to capture evidence.
• Draft thorough, court-ready investigative reports.
• Submit case reports and video footage daily.
• Coordinate with field supervisor and operations team.
