Job summary

ParkerBeth in Concord, CA is hiring an Inventory Auditor to perform on-site physical counts at gas stations and convenience stores across the regional territory. Expect early starts and daily travel within a 3-hour radius of Antioch, with on-site requirements by 6:00 AM.

You will work with the audit team, review results, and submit reports while handling varied environments and occasional overnight travel. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory, auditing, retail operations, or other field-based roles.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, structured field environments.
• Ability to work independently while interacting professionally with clients.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Ability to pass background and motor vehicle checks.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical inventory counts using a 10-key machine.
• Work alongside audit team members during inventory events.
• Review results and provide end-of-audit reports to store managers.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies on-site.
• Coordinate daily travel logistics as scheduled.
• Submit required audit documentation and reports.
• Work in varied environments including sales floors, stockrooms, coolers, and freezers.
