Job summary

Circle K in Fishers, IN is seeking an Inventory Assistant to support audits, count stock, and maintain precise records across locations.

You will travel daily in a company vehicle to perform counts, scan and tally items, and report discrepancies. This role requires independence, attention to safety, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Essential Functions:

• 1. Assisting a team audit leader to accurately count and record inventory within each location.
• 2. Daily travel in a company provided vehicle, to differnt locations to perform inventory counts as scheduled.
• 3. Scan and count most items throughout the entire store, including Cooler & Freezer areas.
• 4. Download scanner to store computer to give an accurate inventory total for that loaction.
• 5. Notifies store manager of wrong prices and pulls out-of-code merchandise.
• 6. Performs various surveys to verify compliance with operational and financial procedures.
• 7. Works in safe manner by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
• 8. Able to work independently with little supervision.
• 9. Performs and multi-tasks in a fast paced enviornment.
• 10. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
