Nextlink is a Texas-based ISP delivering high-speed internet and voice services to residential, business, and government customers. The Field Installation Technician will perform on-site installations, service visits, and troubleshooting at customer locations, including mounting equipment and running cables.

The role requires strong customer service, technical aptitude, and the ability to work in outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform site surveys to evaluate serviceability.
• Diagnose customer problems during service calls and restore service.
• Install internet service and hardware at customer sites.
• Configure routers and devices for internet access.
• Upgrade equipment and perform on-site maintenance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
