Depending on your background, you’ll take on tasks alongside field teammates to help you build connections in construction while still in school. As duties vary, you may assist with daily operations, safety oversight, and coordination of activities to keep the project

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a 4-year degree, Construction Management or Construction Science is preferred, but not required.
• We’re looking for attitude. If you’re dependable, willing to learn, and ready to work hard, you’ll fit right in.
• Previous construction experience is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading materials and keeping the job site clean, organized, and ready for the next phase of work.
• Operating construction tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Supporting skilled tradesmen and craftworkers to keep the project moving forward.
• Completing a variety of on-site tasks as directed by your supervisor.
• Assisting the superintendent in coordinating daily work activities and maintaining short-term schedules to keep the project on track.
• Monitoring jobsite safety, quality, and progress—ensuring work aligns with plans and meets company standards.
• Supervising assigned subcontractors, ensure team members have proper tools and materials.
