Job summary

Techner Ltd. is seeking an experienced Field Integration Engineer to support wireless network deployment in Jacksonville, FL.

The role focuses on hands-on Ericsson OEM equipment integration, including RBS, AIR radios, Baseband, eNodeB, and gNodeB across LTE and 5G networks. You will perform installation, troubleshooting, and site validation, coordinate with RF, NOC, and deployment teams, and work onsite with local travel as required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Ericsson field integration experience.
• Hands-on experience with Ericsson RBS, AIR radios, Baseband, eNodeB, and gNodeB.
• Experience with commissioning, troubleshooting, and alarm handling on LTE/5G networks.
• Familiarity with OSS/ENM, SecureCRT, and PuTTY tools.
• Ability to work independently in live network environments with strong troubleshooting skills.
