Job summary

Information Providers, Inc is seeking an Insurance Inspector to perform on-site underwriting inspections, collect data for condition assessments, measure dimensions, capture photos, and document building materials and hazards.

Inspectors work outdoors in all seasons with a flexible schedule, using a Windows PC and a smartphone to upload data to our internet-based platform; a reliable vehicle is required, and training is provided with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Self-starter who enjoys independence.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all seasons.
• Reliable vehicle for going to and from inspections.
• Windows Based Computer with access to the internet.
• Smartphone (Android or iPhone).

Responsibilities

• On-site conducting insurance underwriting inspections and collecting data for condition assessments.
• Measuring dimensions of the property and taking photographs of all sides of the structure.
• Uploading information to an internet-based platform after inspections.
