Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is hiring a Field Installer (Tents & Structures) to travel nationwide, assemble and maintain fabric structures, and operate heavy equipment. You will work with a Field Supervisor, follow CAD guidance, and ensure timely installation and takedown of tents and related gear.

The role demands physical endurance and strong safety awareness. Travel is extensive (2–3 weeks on-site followed by a week at home).

Qualifications

• Must be willing to travel for work.
• Must have a valid Driver's License with safe driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and perform outdoor physical work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Construction experience preferred.
• TWIC card not required but a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain fabric structures, hard-side walls, and custom framework.
• Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and man-baskets after certification.
• Collaborate with Field Supervisor to convert empty lots into functional venues based on CAD diagrams.
