Qualifications

• Experience delivering in-home service or field support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home installations and service for Lifeline equipment and Home Monitoring devices.
• Schedule and manage installation and retrieval appointments.
• Train subscribers and caregivers on product usage.
• Maintain inventory and complete required documents for each work order.
• Travel within Mohawk, NY area up to 100 miles; valid driver's license required.
• Lift up to 40 pounds and navigate stairs as needed.
