Job summary

WillScot is seeking a Field Installer II to install, dismantle, load, and unload Clearspan structures at customer sites and branch locations. You will apply prior experience to site preparation, layout, assembly, fabric installation, anchoring, and documentation with WillScot safety standards.

The role requires 1–3 years of related field experience and a high school diploma, with forklift/boom/lift operation and strong safety practices.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
1–3 years installing, dismantling, or servicing Clearspan structures or temporary structures preferred.
Ability to follow WillScot processes, safety standards and site procedures.
Construction, equipment rental, field service, or related trade experience preferred.
Experience working independently in a fast-paced field environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Install and dismantle Clearspan structures per specs with minimal supervision.
Identify, organize, stage, load, and unload structure materials to support inventory accuracy.
Install, dismantle, and support deployment of structures and accessories per specs and standards.
Perform site layout using measurements, drawings, and supervisor guidance for safe installation and removal.
Operate hand tools and powered equipment only when trained and authorized; complete field documentation.
