Job summary

Guardian Fueling Technologies in Jonesboro, GA is hiring a full-time installer to join a team that sets piping, tanks and mechanical systems for fueling facilities and backup power systems. Worksites include service stations, marinas, hospitals and airports.

Training is provided on site, in classrooms and at the factory to ensure safety and proper installation. The role requires a valid driver's license, ability to read blueprints, physical endurance, and willingness to travel occasionally for

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a construction truck.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Basic math and mechanical skills.
• Physically fit, able to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders.
• Willing to travel locally and occasionally out of town.
• Construction background with hand tools experience (pipe wrench, sockets).

Responsibilities

• Install piping, tanks and mechanical systems for fueling facilities.
• Provide backup emergency power installations.
• Read blueprints and follow safety procedures.
• Operate small machinery such as skid steer or backhoe is a plus.
• Work with the foreman on grades and paperwork.
• Maintain a strong safety record and teamwork.
