Job summary

TruTeam, part of TopBuild Corp, is recruiting experienced installers for a variety of energy‑efficient insulation and building material products.

Responsibilities include installing products per work orders and safety guidelines, reviewing daily schedules, loading vehicles with required goods, performing vehicle and site inspections, safely unloading materials, and reporting safety or quality concerns. Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license required if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• Ability to travel locally and out-of-town as required; daily travel to job sites expected.

Responsibilities

• Install company products—including insulation, fireplaces, gutters, mirrors, shelving, garage doors, windows, shower enclosures, home wrap, and other products—according to work orders, manufacturer, quality, and safety guidelines.
• Review daily work schedule and ensure the truck is loaded with all required products, tools, and equipment.
• Complete vehicle safety and job-site inspections.
• Safely unload and stage material at the job site.
• Report any safety, customer, or quality concerns.
• Perform related warehouse-related duties as required.
• Carry out any additional duties, tasks, or responsibilities assigned by management.
