DFX Foundation Repair and Waterproofing seeks a Field Installer / Crew Leader in Training to join our on-site crew. You will learn the full scope of field operations, from preparing job sites to assisting with installations, guided by experienced team members.

No prior experience is required; all training is paid. This role emphasizes safety, craftsmanship, and accountability as you grow toward foreman responsibilities on projects across our foundation repair and waterproofing teams.
