Ascentek in Des Moines, IA seeks an Install Technician to support Reliable Plus vehicle wash equipment installations across the Midwest. You will assist with mechanical assembly, electrical connections and equipment setup at customer sites, following safety procedures and site standards.

The role requires traveling 50-60% overnight, lifting up to 75 lbs, and working outdoors in varying weather. A High School Diploma or GED is required, with basic mechanical/electrical knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems, electrical components, pneumatic systems or hydraulics.
• Willingness to travel 50-60% overnight.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and use hand/power tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead technicians with installation of vehicle wash equipment at customer sites.
• Learn and perform installation tasks including mechanical assembly, electrical connections and equipment setup.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely.
• Follow all safety procedures and site standards.
• Travel across the Midwest with overnight stays (50-60%).
• Read basic installation drawings and measurements.
