Job summary

Belt Power LLC is seeking an Installation Technician to join our Operations team. You will work directly with customers on-site to install products, evaluate equipment, and coordinate service activities.

You will communicate project updates, maintain tools and documentation, and participate in ongoing training to ensure safe, efficient installations and a best-in-class customer experience.

Valid driver's license and basic math are required; prior installation or mechanical work is a plus.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read measurements and perform basic math.
• Valid driver's license.
• Previous installation, fabrication, construction, or mechanical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer-site installations and service work.
• Assess equipment and identify opportunities to improve performance.
• Coordinate installation schedules and communicate project updates.
• Partner with Sales and Operations to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Maintain service equipment, vehicles, and documentation.
