Job summary

HouseSmart Construction is seeking an Installer II to join our team in setting up manufactured homes. You will work with the Crew Chief to safely level and bolt floors and walls, install vapor barriers, and perform basic masonry and utility crossovers outdoors.

This full-time role, Monday through Friday, includes hands-on training, opportunities to learn new technical skills, and a collaborative environment that values strong teamwork and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• General construction experience is preferred.
• Willingness to work outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable with heights and ladders; able to use basic hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Support Crew Chief and team with safely setting up manufactured homes.
• Install vapor barriers and learn leveling/bolting of floors and walls.
• Assist with electrical and plumbing crossovers and basic masonry.
