AT&T Installation Technicians install high-speed broadband, Wi‑Fi, and voice services at customers’ homes and businesses, serving as trusted experts. You’ll work independently at customers’ locations and meet new people daily while solving problems and being rewarded for great work.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Climb ladders up to 28 ft.
• Available for overtime and holiday work.
• Identify wire and cable colors.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Must pass pre-employment assessment.

Responsibilities

• Install and activate high-speed broadband, Wi‑Fi, and voice services at customers' homes or businesses.
• Work independently as a trusted technician on-site.
• Troubleshoot and resolve service issues and install-related problems.
• Engage with customers to ensure a positive experience and meet daily service needs.
• Complete required safety training and certifications.
