Job summary

CRI, through its Align Furniture Services division, seeks an Installation Specialist to supervise delivery and installation of commercial furniture. You will act as the main on-site contact for CRI and client teams, coordinating field crews and ensuring damage-free product arrival and departure.

You will load and unload, inspect vehicles, follow work orders, and communicate progress with daily updates while mentoring junior crew. Spanish language skills are valued in this role.

Qualifications

• Capable of lifting at least 75 pounds and handling physical tasks.
• Knowledge of safe use and handling of power tools.
• Adapt to changing tasks and project plans.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and tradespeople.
• Execute plans accurately to ensure quality work.
• Continuously update skills and industry knowledge.
• Minimum 3 years of experience operating commercial trucks.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation duties.
• Spanish fluency is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for the CRI and client teams on job sites.
• Transport installation products to/from worksites; perform vehicle inspections.
• Follow installation plans and work orders.
• Draft change orders with client signatures.
• Organize and manage field crews onsite.
• Communicate damage/issues with CRI and client teams with details.
• Send daily progress updates via email.
• Photograph all deliveries/pickups and email photos.
• Load/unload trucks with crew; assist with stairs.
• Ensure safe loading/unloading of products.
• Collaborate to anticipate project challenges and solve issues.
• Provide product knowledge to create accurate quotes.
• Mentor and train new field crew members.
• Provide post-installation cleaning and tidying.
