Colonial Group is seeking an Installation Manager to lead the installation of equipment and capital projects in Wichita, KS. You will coordinate crews, manage schedules, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while maintaining customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to travel as needed. Proficiency with MS Office and field documentation is expected, with a focus on efficient project execution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate job duties and delegate tasks to Installation workers and sub-contractors as the crew leader is managing and working on the job.
• Monitor and maintain schedules for workers and sub-contractors; ensure skill-fit and compliance with installation requirements.
• Brief team on daily tasks and direct assigned tasks; track materials and costs to maintain budgets.
• Document daily activities, materials used, testing, inspections and visitors; maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
• Travel and work out of town as needed.
• Ensure all safe work practices are followed at all times.
• Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness on site.
• Ensure onsite team understands and follows customer protocols.
• Install and repair petroleum equipment including USTs, ASTs, gas pumps, fuel monitoring systems, submersible pumps, and product piping
• Ensure compliance with safety practices per codes and company guidelines
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe working order.
• Meet deadlines and coordinate with team and contractors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
