Job summary

ActionLink is seeking a hands-on Technician Team Leader to oversee retail installation, merchandising, and display projects. You will lead fixture installations, store resets, and technology integrations while ensuring safety, efficiency, and top-quality results.

The role includes leading teams on site, coordinating with store leadership, and delivering projects on schedule. Travel may be required, including evenings or weekends, with a strong focus on hands-on execution and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience coordinating and motivating teams.
• Experience in retail merchandising or fixture installation.
• Ability to interpret planograms and installation guides.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management.
• Reliable smartphone and access to laptop/PC.

Responsibilities
