Job summary

Far Inspections is seeking an independent contractor to perform residential occupancy verifications in Ohio County, Indiana and surrounding communities. You control your schedule, manage your own routing, and report on property conditions after quick, exterior visits.

Expect 5–6 minutes on-site per inspection, with driving and stops throughout the day in a territory that offers stable monthly volume. A reliable vehicle, smartphone, and printer are required to operate our mobile reporting apps.

Qualifications

• Strong time-management skills to meet deadlines and manage routes.
• Must have reliable, fuel-efficient vehicle and ability to operate a smartphone.
• Ability to pass a standard background check and work independently.
• Own equipment: computer with internet, printer, and smartphone.
