FAR Inspections is seeking a reliable independent contractor to perform residential occupancy verifications in Loving County, Texas and surrounding communities. You will manage your own routing and schedule, earning per inspection with typical on-site time of 5–6 minutes.

As a 1099 field inspector, you will drive and report findings using mobile apps, providing photos and brief reports while maintaining territory reliability and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor; 1099 position; you provide your own equipment.
• Strong time-management skills to meet deadlines without supervision.
• Ability to pass a standard background check.
