Job summary

Dccm is looking for a Construction Observer II in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will conduct inspections and oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of construction roadway and bridge inspection experience.
• Valid Class C driver’s license required.
• Certifications through TxAPA, ACI, SWPPP, and OSHA are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform field inspection of highway and bridge construction activities.
• Analyze procedures to identify deficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Attend pre-construction meetings and answer contractor questions.
• Calculate payments due contractors and review contract compliance.
