Leeway Inspections specializes in providing lenders with reliable construction work-in-progress inspections nationwide. We have over 900 inspectors, as independent contractors, who take pictures of properties being built and upload them to us for reporting to banks.

We are looking for field inspectors with reliable transportation, a phone and internet access, who can drive 20–30 minutes to a property and complete the task within 2 business days of a request.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and access to a phone and internet.
• Willing to drive within 20–30 minutes to take pictures of a given property.
• Ability to upload photos directly to the company system without extra reporting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Take pictures of properties being built.
• Upload photos directly to Leeway Inspections’ system.
• Complete lender requests within 2 business days.
