Most inspections involve automobiles and equipment, with other tasks possible. This flexible, part-time contractor role offers outdoor work, schedule freedom, and earnings tied to workload and location.

Qualifications

• 1099 independent contractor status and own schedule.
• Open availability during daytime hours, Monday through Friday.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Access to a recent smartphone or tablet for on-site inspections.
• Access to a computer with Wi‑Fi to accept and schedule jobs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with common OS (iOS, Chrome, Microsoft).
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned locations to perform field audits.
• Capture photos, collect data, and upload inspections.
• Conduct floorplan audits on autos and equipment as needed.
• Document inspection findings and schedule subsequent visits.
