Qualifications

• 1099 Independent Contractor status (be your own boss).
• Open availability during daytime hours, Monday through Friday.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Access to a recent smartphone or tablet for on-site inspections.
• Access to a computer with Wi-Fi to accept and schedule jobs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with iOS, Google Chrome, Microsoft.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 7.5 hours continuously.

Most inspections involve automobiles and equipment, though some assignments may include property inspections, inventory verification, or property condition assessments.
