Job summary

Southern National Roofing is seeking a Field Inspector to inspect residential properties from the ground, educate homeowners, and schedule home inspection appointments. This is a full-time, on-site role with immediate paid training and a strong earning potential through hourly pay plus commission and bonuses.

Ideal candidates are outgoing, with a customer-service background, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work 40 hours weekly between 9am and 7pm, Monday through Saturday.

The Role

As a Field Inspector, you’ll work in residential neighborhoods identifying homes that may qualify for a free roof inspection and scheduling inspection appointments with homeowners.

This role is ideal for people with backgrounds in customer service, retail, hospitality, bartending, serving, warehouse work, administrative assistant roles, or receptionist positions who want to transition into a higher-earning career path.

You are not selling and not climbing roofs.

You are inspecting from the ground, educating homeowners, and setting appointments for our in-home inspection team.

This is a face-to-face, field-based position, similar to roles that require strong people skills such as sales, customer service, hospitality, or retail environments.

Compensation

• W-2 full-time position

Schedule

• On-site role
• Monday–Saturday availability between 9am–7pm
• No overnight travel
• Team transportation provided from the office
