LxT AI is seeking a Part-Time Retail Data Collection Associate to collect in-store data across Massachusetts. The role involves traveling between stores within a designated territory, using a mobile app to capture shelf images, and adhering to a structured visit schedule.

Training is provided before fieldwork begins. This field-based position is up to 29 hours per week, paid at $24 per hour, and supported through an Employer of Record.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Willingness to drive between multiple retail locations during the workday.
• Smartphone capable of running required application.
• Reliable internet access.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Massachusetts residents should reside in or near the Boston metro area.

Responsibilities

• Drive to and visit assigned retail store locations within your designated territory.
• Complete approximately ~50 store visits per month (subject to project scope).
• Capture high-quality, complete images of product shelves using a mobile app.
• Ensure data meets quality standards: full shelf coverage, straight-on photos, no blur.
• Upload data promptly after visits and report issues (closed stores, missing assignments, app problems).
